The Beatles’ ‘Abbey Road’ Returns
The 50 year old Beatles classic ‘Abbey Road’ made a surprising climb to the top 10 Billboard 200 last week, October 3rd. To commemorate five decades since its debut on September 26th, 1969, the album was reissued and rung in 81,000 US album sale units, according to Billboard.

The impressive numbers even fifty years since the iconic album was released should propose questions for us all; is this something unique to the Beatles’ ability? Who in the digital streaming age of music, where all genres mix in some places and are worlds apart in others, can achieve this type of revenue multiple decades into the future? Looking through today’s top 100, the Abbey Road of 2069, personally, is not foreseeable.

Justin Bieber Decides To Celebrate Marriage By Fighting PETA
Upon purchasing 35,000 dollar exotic kittens, Justin Bieber received backlash from PETA Vice President, Lisa Lange. Lange tells People Bieber could “inspire his fans around the world to save a life adopting a cat from a local animal shelter -- rather than fueling the dangerous demand for hybrid cats”; Bieber’s hybrid cats being two African Savannah cats names Sushi and Tuna.
The cats now have over half a million of an Instagram following, partially because Bieber took to the same app to tell PETA to ‘suck it’. “Ur tripping because I want a specific kind of cat? U weren’t tripping when I got my dog Oscar and he wasn’t a rescue.. every pet we get must be a rescue?” Bieber posts.

SUSHI AND TUNA BIEBER
Sushi and Tuna might be endearing, but the cat breeding business they came out of might not be.
